It is not possible to receive the displayed products in person . You can only purchase the products through the website. You can place your order at any time 24 hours a day or during opening hours by phone at 06-30-179-8954 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . The products can be ordered with home delivery.
The offered products can be categorized as follows:

As a professional, by indicating your tax number or send a copy of your professional certificate electronically!! The prices displayed for the products include the statutory VAT (in this case 27%), but do not include the home delivery fee. No separate packaging costs will be charged!
The purchase is also possible without registration, if you want to compile only the contents of the basket during your next purchase, it may be practical to complete the registration. You only need to complete the registration once, you will not need to complete this step for subsequent purchases.
Orders are processed on working days from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is also possible to place the order outside of the times marked as processing the order, if it is done after the end of working hours, it will be processed the following day.
Our customer service will always confirm by e-mail when it can fulfill your order. General deadline, within 3 working days from confirmation.
The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing, in some cases they are shown as illustrations. Our company is not responsible for any changes to the technical specifications without prior notification due to reasons beyond the supplier's control.
Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of the order, which you can find next to the products in the online store. Our prices include 27% VAT, but these prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost can be found during the checkout process before the finalization of the order, as well as in the Purchase conditions. If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the online store, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we inform the customer of the new data immediately after the error is recognized or modified. The customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.

Method of payment for the ordered product / home delivery fee
There are two ways to settle the order:
Cash on delivery or Bank card payment
In case of cash on delivery payment, the ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package. The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation letter. The invoice and warranty letter are included in the package. Upon delivery, please inspect the package before the courier, and if there is any damage to the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!
Home delivery, information
Orders from our webshop are fulfilled by Magyar Posta Zrt and Courier Services. Packages are delivered on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The courier service will attempt to deliver twice, the customer will be charged for the delivery costs of packages not received.
Home delivery rates
Free delivery over HUF 25,000 throughout Hungary.
For orders under HUF 25,000 , the home delivery fee is HUF 1,590 , which includes the cash on delivery fee in Hungary.
All products sold by us undergo a thorough inspection after production. Depending on the manufacturer, we offer a 12-month warranty for products. In the event of a product failure, you can get more information about what to do at the address and phone number indicated in the warranty letter enclosed with the device, as well as one of our contact details. The cost of delivering the products to the warranty service point is borne by the customer. If the received item is defective or damaged during delivery, the Seller will replace it free of charge, if this is not possible, the paid purchase price will be refunded. Transport damage can only be accepted by the Seller if a report of the damage has been made upon receipt of the goods. If a report is not prepared, the seller will not reimburse the resulting damage. The seller only replaces the purchased products if they are proven to be defective. Packages sent by post will not be accepted by our collection point, they will be returned to the sender in any case!
Depending on the manufacturer, we undertake a warranty period for products in accordance with the applicable legislation. 49/2003 of the Civil Code for the seller's warranty and guarantee responsibility. (VII. 30.) no. the guidelines are contained in a government decree. The warranty can only be enforced in case of intended use. We are only able to remedy defects resulting from manufacturing defects. We cannot assume responsibility for problems arising from improper type selection, improper storage of the product , or improper use!

Right of withdrawal
17/1999 on contracts concluded between absentees. (II.5.) according to the regulations of the government decree, the consumer can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product, and can return the ordered product. In the absence of this information, the consumer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal up to the end of three months.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer will not be charged any costs other than the cost of returning the product, but the company may demand compensation for material damage resulting from improper use. Following the return of the product, the contractor shall refund the purchase price of the product to the consumer immediately, but no later than within 30 days, in accordance with the government decree.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so in writing or by phone at one of our contact details. In the case of a written notification by post, we take into account the time it was sent to the post, and in the case of a telephone notification, the time it was sent by telephone. In case of notification by post, it is imperative that you submit your notification as registered mail, so you can verify the date of mailing. Return the ordered product to our company address by mail or courier service. It is important that the costs incurred in connection with the return of the product are borne by the Buyer, our company is unable to accept packages sent by post (cash on delivery). If required, we can notify a courier service under contract with our company of your intention to send a package, the fee for which must be paid to the courier when the package is sent. Pay particular attention to the intended use of the product, as the Buyer is responsible for compensation for damages resulting from improper use!
After the package arrives at our company, the opening of the package and the examination of the returned product are recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings later on. (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete)
Within thirty days after the product has been returned, the price of the product will be refunded to the specified invoice number.

In matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions, the Civil Code, Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) on distance contracts, and CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society.
